If you have ever wondered how to do a backup of all your important files without spending a fortune or many hours copying and pasting files from one location to another, the Briefcase in Windows XP might be your answer.
Briefcase Backup Solutions
For this example I am going to assume that you want to back up all the files and folders in your 'my documents' folder.
Create your Briefcase by going to Start , My Computer and select the folder that you want to store all your files in, i.e. the Briefcase folder. Then click on File, New and Briefcase.
